Terms of Service

1. Agreement & Operating Entity

Welcome to Tapaubot (the "Platform", "Service", or "Software"), operated by WEBKREATIONS.COM ("Webkreations", "we", "us", or "our"), a registered digital software and IT enterprise in Malaysia. By registering an account, connecting your Shopee merchant store, or purchasing credit top-up packages, you ("User", "Seller", or "Merchant") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Services

Tapaubot provides cloud-based fulfillment automation software designed for digital goods merchants on e-commerce marketplaces (including the Shopee Open Platform). The Service includes:

• Automated order capture via official Shopee webhooks;
• Instant digital deliverable dispatch (voucher codes, serials, activation keys, access URLs) via Shopee Seller Chat and Seller-authorized Gmail SMTP/OAuth;
• Inventory mapping, multi-variation stock management, and promotional Gift Pool allocations;
• Automated rating synchronization and buyer review request communications.

3. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

You agree to use Tapaubot solely for lawful e-commerce transactions in compliance with marketplace terms and local laws. You shall NOT use the platform to distribute:

• Unauthorized, cracked, or pirated copyright-infringing digital materials;
• Fraudulent credentials, compromised accounts, or illegally harvested personal information;
• Malware, spyware, phishing links, or malicious payloads;
• Content violating Shopee's Prohibited and Restricted Items Policy.

Webkreations reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice or credit compensation.

4. Account Credentials & Marketplace Authorization

To deliver automation services, you authorize Tapaubot to interface with your Shopee Seller Account via the official Shopee Open Platform OAuth protocol. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We encrypt all access tokens and never request or store your Shopee master login passwords.

5. Billing, Credit Economy & Payments via HitPay

Tapaubot operates on a credit consumption model and optional subscription passes:

• Credits: Each successful order fulfillment consumes platform credits as configured. Credits purchased in standalone Pay-As-You-Go packages do not expire.
• Payment Gateway: All financial transactions and credit purchases are securely processed through our authorized payment partner, HitPay Payment Solutions (supporting FPX Malaysian Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and Major Credit Cards).
• Currency: All fees are stated and charged in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

6. Service Level, Maintenance & Disclaimers

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Tapaubot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We are not liable for marketplace downtime, Shopee API rate-limiting, temporary network disruptions, or delays caused by third-party mail servers. Merchants are advised to monitor stock levels and account notifications regularly.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Malaysian law, WEBKREATIONS.COM and its directors, employees, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of business profits, marketplace account suspension, or loss of customer data) arising out of or in connection with the use of the Software.
